Highlander II Renegade Version Shot-By-Shot

This is a shot-by-shot breakdown of the Renegade Version of Highlander II.

I originally transcribed the American Version of Highlander II using the laserdisc and time codes found there. The descriptions in italics are new footage found in this version. Footage missing from this version (but found in the European version) is marked with parenthesis (...). I have not gone back and corrected these documents. I present them here for really obsessive Highlander fans. - Sean Murphy

Title : Industrial polution has destroyed the ozone layer, leaving the planet at the mercy of the sun’s ultraviolet rays. An electromagnetic shield now protects the earth.

Title : A small group believes that the ozone layer has repaired itself and that the shield is no longer necessary. But no one knows for sure.

Blake : “What Cobalt is doing is insanity. Any tampering with the shield of any kind endangers the lives of every man, woman and child on the planet.”

Announcer : “environmental terrorist Louise Marcus, who led the raid and remains at large at this time.”

Blake : “So why don’t you and I try and relax. No tears. Because it’s business as usual...forever.”

Blake : “As I believe you know there’s been a bit of a shuffling of the deck

Blake : “I can now assure you that Cobolt will no longer be a problem. In fact earlier today-”

Blake : “the Shield Police were once again able to stop an attempt to....”

Blake : “custom (Missing - parade is located) party is in another building. This happens to be a meeting-”

Katana : “Partners. I believe you cannot run a business without partners. This is a business isn’t it?”

Blake : “Oh, yes it is. We like to think of it as a good business. What exactly is it that you want? Partner.”

Blake : “right. ah Wilson, could we get on the Highlander thing as soon as possible?”

Guard : "This is checkpoint one outside of security installation MAX. Identify yourselves."

Louise : "Hi. You won't shot me, will you? I mean, aheee. Oh, thank you. I was just hitching a ride and then these two guys grabbed me and, oh my and threw me in the trunk and oh shit."
