Who exactly is Buckaroo Banzai and what do we know about him?

Buckaroo Banzai was born in the winter of 1950 in London.
He saw his parents killed in 1955 in their jetcar attempt.
Has been the sworn adversary of Hanoi Xan ever since. Hanoi Xan was responsible for the bomb that blew up his parent's jetcar.
He went to school in Denver until he was fourteen, where he also learned how to ride, rope, and shoot.
He proposed to Peggy Simpson on the bank of the Thames River while at Merton Collage, Oxford. A fall wedding in New York was planned.
He met Sidney Zwiebel at Columbia P & S, where they shared Thornburg's histology class and later an enzymology class.
