Word has it this 8-page booklet may already be in short supply, as many copies were apparently damaged in-transit to Suncoast stores, or out-and-out swiped by Hanoi Xan's nefarious henchpersons. After a heated duel between heroic Institute helicopter troopers and the World Crime League's impenetrable big-rig "18 Wheels of Despair", we were able to secure a copy. Upon seeing it, Dr. Banzai commented, "Now THAT'S pretty groovy...but what about the fish?"
